Canadiana Caesar
Classic Canadiana Caesar

Ingredients:
- 4 oz. vodka
- 4 cups of clamato juice (or you can use premade Walter's Caesar Mix - if you do this, ignore the indredients below until celery salt)
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 2 tsp. horseradish (more or less to taste)
- Celery Salt
- Lime, cut into slices
- Ice Cubes
- Melting Chocolate
- Bacon
- Pepper
- Optional fixins: pepperocinis, banana peppers, pepperoni sticks, olives, celery stalk
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy
- Melt chocolate in the microwave, mixing until well melted
- Lay bacon onto a plate and coat with the melted chocolate
- Place in freezer until ready to serve
- Rim the glasses with the lime wedge, so it becomes nice and sticky
- Pour celery salt onto a plate and rub the rims onto the salt to get a nice thick coating on the rims
- In a martini shaker, add ice, clamato, vodka, Worcestershire, horseradish, and lime juice and shake until well mixed, but not too long so that the ice begins to melt
- Pour into prepared glasses
- Season with pepper
- Add one slice of chocolate-covered bacon to the glass
- Add the Fixin's on a skewer or toothpick
