Frogurt Fruit Bark

Frogurt Fruit Bark
- prep time: 5 minutes
- freeze time: 3+ hours
Servings: Snack 4-6
Ingredients:
- 650g Honey or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- Fresh, local fruit, diced (a mixture of different fruits & colors is best)
- Fresh mint, roughly chopped
- Pistachios, crushed
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Pour yogurt onto the parchment paper and use a spatula to spread evenly
- Top the yogurt with the chopped fruit
- Add mint to fill up the gaps.
- Top with crushed pistachios
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer
- Roughly chop into chunks before serving
