Chili Lime Sirloin Steak Fajitas

Ingredients:
- 2 Free Range Top Sirloin Steaks
- 1/2 White Onion, sliced
- 2 Red Bell Peppers, sliced
- 2 Yellow Bell Peppers, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- Flour Tortillas
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- 2 limes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Red Chili Flakes, desired spice
- 1 Tbsp. Ground Cumin
- Salt & Pepper
- Cilantro, chopped
- Sour Cream, for serving
- Salsa, for serving
Instructions:
- Whisk olive oil, the juice from 1 lime, garlic, honey, cilantro, chili flakes, salt, and pepper
- Place steaks in a ziplock bag and pour marinade over steak and allow to marinate for 30 minutes. For more intense flavor, refrigerate for 2 hours to overnight
- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
- Slice steak against the grain and place it into the heated skillet. Cook until the desired doneness
- When the steak is cooked, remove from heat and allow to rest
- Add another tbsp. of oil to the skillet, and then add the peppers and onions, cooking until onions are transparent and peppers have softened
- Warm tortillas in the microwave (or in the oven)
- Remove skillet from heat and add avocados and lime slices to the skillet
- Serve with warmed tortillas, sour cream, and salsa!
