Sharing Steak & Grilled Romaine
Sharing steaks are a rare medium done well. But seriously, I LOVE serving a steak family style. It allows those who are carnivores to scoop up as much as they like and those who just want a slice or two to enjoy. This grilled romaine salad is my favorite answer to a wedge salad! Bonus… everything is cooked on the grill, so there so few dishes to clean (my fav!)
