Greek Lamb Burgers
Greek Lamb Burgers

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Ground Lamb
- 2 tbsp. bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 3 tbsp. mint, chopped
- Burger Buns
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Red Onion, Sliced
- Feta Cheese
- Tzatziki
- Lettuce
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the lamb, bread crumbs, milk, shallots, garlic, oregano, mint and salt, and pepper
- Form mixture into 4-6 burgers (depending on how large you like your patties)
- Heat grapeseed oil in a large frying pan and cook burgers for 6-8 minutes per side (until browned on the outside and internal temperature reaches 145F)
- Coat burger buns with Tzatziki and top with a burger patty, feta cheese, lettuce, onion and tomatoes
- Serve with greek salad, fries or couscous!
