Frogurt Fruit Bark

Frogurt Fruit Bark

  • prep time: 5 minutes
  • freeze time: 3+ hours

Servings: Snack 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 650g Honey or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • Fresh, local fruit, diced (a mixture of different fruits & colors is best)
  • Fresh mint, roughly chopped
  • Pistachios, crushed

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Pour yogurt onto the parchment paper and use a spatula to spread evenly
  3. Top the yogurt with the chopped fruit
  4. Add mint to fill up the gaps.
  5. Top with crushed pistachios
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer
  7. Roughly chop into chunks before serving
