Dreaming of a Venitian Spring
Venitian Spring Sandwich

Servings: 2-4
Ingredients:
- 1 french baguette, sliced in half and then cut into 1/4 -1/3rds depending on the size you want your sandwich
- proscutitto, sliced
- Creamy brie cheese, sliced
- 4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- Chives, sliced
- 2 tbsp. grainy mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- juice of 1 lemon
- arugula
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, chive, grainy mustard, garlic, lemon and salt, and pepper
- Heavily spread the mayonnaise mixture on the bottom side of the baguette
- Coat the inside of the top of the baguette with butter
- Place prosciutto on the bottom of the bread and top with chunks of brie cheese and arugula
- Top with the other half of the baguette
- Serve with a nice glass of white wine or prosecco!
